From what we have witnessed as a company a lot of down time is amassed when the fault / failure occurs, The primary factor is down to mobilising the correct skillset. 3R we can supply engineer’s, industry trained Jointers, technicians to site within 24hrs from initial contact.

• Engineer / Jointer deployment within 24hrs.
• Full Investigation can be carried out on asset at the client's request.
• Preliminary report issued same day as asset visit.
• What remedial actions are required to get the asset back online.
• Client exchange folder will be set up immediately for client access to reports, pictures. 
• Stock held to cover most termination failures upon client providing cable data sheets. 
• On completion full detailed report will be issued.
